Delete ride records
Riders can delete eligible route, ride, motorcycle, and contact records from the app or account dashboard.
Delete an account
Send an account deletion request from the signed-in dashboard or email privacy@truecourse.tech from the account email. Identity verification is required before deletion.
Event integrity records
A limited audit record for completed organized events may be retained for security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. The deletion response will identify any required retention.
