Who the app is for
Parent Call Alarm is designed for parents and guardians managing a supervised child device. A parent or guardian should configure the parent contact, protected settings, safety timeout, and any optional family location features.

This policy explains what Parent Call Alarm collects, how family safety data is used, and the choices parents have.

Information we collect
The app may collect parent account information, child profile name or nickname, parent phone numbers entered by the parent, device status, alarm and check-in activity, app settings, pairing tokens, command status, subscription status, and location only when a visible location feature is enabled or used.
Sensitive information
The app does not include hidden camera access, hidden microphone access, covert recording, advertising tracking, or covert location tracking. The current Android app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, accessibility, device-admin, or background-location permissions.
How information is used
Information is used to run the local alarm, help parents pair and manage child devices, show device status, sync alarm and check-in activity, support parent commands, provide visible family location features where enabled, and maintain subscription access.
Sharing
We do not sell family safety data. Information may be processed by hosting, security, payment, analytics, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service, protect accounts, maintain subscriptions, or comply with law.
Retention and deletion
Local device data remains on the device until removed by the family or reset. Cloud dashboard data is retained while the account or child device remains active. Parents can request account or device data deletion by contacting privacy@truecourse.tech.
