Data Safety

A parent-readable summary of the data types Parent Call Alarm may process and why.

Prepared for Google Play review

Data categories

Account and profile data, parent-provided contact information, child device identifiers, app activity, alarm events, check-in events, device status, diagnostics, subscription status, and location data when visible location features are enabled or used.

Purpose

Data is used for app functionality, account management, device pairing, parent dashboard sync, safety alerts, command delivery, subscription entitlement, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and security.

Location data

Location is used only for visible family safety features, such as alarm location sharing, live map, last known location, and family zones where enabled. Location features are disclosed in the app before requesting permission and are not hidden from the user.

Media and recording

The product does not use hidden camera, hidden microphone, covert audio recording, covert video recording, or secret surveillance features.

Children and families

The app is parent-supervised. Parents should review setup, permissions, and family settings before handing the device to a child. Internal notes and protected settings are separated from child-facing actions.

Security practices

Parent PINs are not stored as raw values. Device pairing uses tokens. Command activity and high-impact alarm events are logged. Protected settings require parent authorization.

Parent-supervised safety model.

Parent Call Alarm is positioned around visible safety controls, protected parent setup, clear permission explanations, and no hidden surveillance features.
